Mr. Robert E. Borbiro

Robert Borbiro, (47) co-founder HorecaConsultants, graduate of Glion Hotel School, class of 1984. Starting as a kitchen help in a suburb Paris Hotel, to becoming Controller of hotels and becoming responsible for 25 Hotel/restaurants The Hotels Du Louvre Group.

He then joined the Regus Group as Director of Operations, management answers, and the opening times of Business Centres. In 2001 Horeca Consultants was founded. Reaching a turnover of USD 12.8 million in 2008. The year 2009 was a difficult year world-wide and challenging. Horeca Consultants had become an integrated group with its headquarters in Guangzhou, People's Republic of China.

Business opportunities and economic environment for 2011. The next two years future remain difficult in 2010 there is already a slight return to growth. 2010 and 2011 will be a challenge to rediscover our customers and partners. Continue to invest in design, office automation, the diversivication in new industries and methods of sale, the center consolidation costs and expenses. M. Thomas Tong

Mr. Thomas Tong (40) Quality and Production Manager. Thomas joined Asia in early 2008 as a Contract Quality exclusively responsible when global demand was highest. At this time the plants were not really focused on quality but on the volume and profits. This often to the detriment of quality and this is a real danger to customers HorecaConsultants in case of failure of quality control.

Imagine, you buy a Japanese, American or European car. You do not have to bring your controller to check the quality of what you buy. Unfortunately at this time by buying in Asia, you are obliged to strict control, or you could lose-out badly.

The quality department checks every container of each client and a sample is taken of each item. Each product will be controlled with a complete report for the plant and the customer. Developing new products requires the same rigor control. The prototype is then sent to the client for validation. The final product is then validated by a testing laboratory in Hong Kong or from the customer's country such as TÜV Rheinland of Germany.

Mme Zoe Hung

Mrs. Zoe Hung Started at Asia Contract Guangzhou in 2005 as assistant Logistics Manager. Zoe is now in charge of our China office.s since early 2010. She is a respected an esteemed member of the company part of the management team.

Zoe has re-organized the department into a professional organisation. The logistics department has succeeded in substantially reducing lead times and cutting cost for customer and company.

The world economy and demand is expected to pick up again in the coming year. The hard won experience from past years' high volumes in demand, in combination with our integrated ERP system, will be instrumental in mastering the coming pick in demand and traffic.
  Deputy Manager Hungary   
M. Petz Kalman

Mr. Kalman Petz, (32) joined Horeca Consultants in Europe in the spring of 2009 as Deputy Manager for European Operations and as Sales Excutive for Eastern Europe.

Kalman has worked in the Hotel Business in Food & Beverage in 5 star Hotels and on top notch Cruise liners working 7 days a week for sustained periods. In the Last years Kalman was a successful realtor in selling real Estate in Budapest. As a result of the world crisis which has particularly hit the real estate business, Kalman felt that it was time for a career change.

Kalman will be present at the SPOGA Exhibition on 4 to6 September 2011in Cologne, Germany. Kalman is a fluent English and Hungarian speaker. He looks forward to helping you in your purchases with his outstanding understanding of how restaurants and terrances function and what works well together. Kalman can be your advisor.

Mr. Tibor Russu,

Mr. Tibor Russu, (34), joinded Horeca Consultants Europe in 2005 as Wood Furniture Specialist for sourcing and Quality Control. Tibor holds a degree in Forestry and Management from the University of Transylvania in Csikszereda, Transylvania., which makes him a man close to nature, a wood being a noble lving material used by Mankind since the beginning of recorded history.

Through his hard work, loyalty and high competence in both furniture and IT matters Tibor is now, Dep. Managing Director for the Horeca Consultants group.

2010 was a season of transition and confirmed growth. Tibor is in charge of the development of the Dealer and Agent network in the Middle East and Central/Eastern Europe in addtion to his duties.

You will meet Tibor at the SPOGA exhibition Sept 4,5 and 6 and in China at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou during the fall of 2011.
